What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards using our secure online processing. You may also pay by check or money order. If paying by check or money order, please mail your payment along with a printed copy of your invoice, to the address provided.

How do I place an order for a custom branding iron with my own design?
A
For custom iron quotes, please send an email to: wtmbrandingirons@sbcglobal.net. Please also include a sketch or picture of the custom design you would like quoted, as well as the zip code that we will be shipping the final brand to. Please allow us about 48 hours to respond to your request.

How do I know if I placed my order successfully?

Once you have submitted your order, an order summary page will be displayed with all of your order details. You may want to print this for your records. You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received on-line.

How long will it take to receive my order?
A
We do not stock any products. All our branding irons are made on demand. Orders are put into our production schedule in the order they are received. Please allow 4-6 weeks production time, and an additional 5-10 days for shipping.

How does WTM calculate shipping and handling charges?

Shipping & handling cost calculations are based on the total weight and package dimensions of all items packed. You will see the exact shipping charges during the checkout process, before your purchase is finalized.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have submitted it?

If you realize you made a mistake, or simply change your mind about your order, please call or email our customer support department as soon as possible. Be sure to note the order number.

Absolutely not. We use personal information provided on order forms, such as a purchaser's name, email address, physical address, and credit card number, to fulfill merchandise orders. We will send you an email confirming your purchase. That email can be used as a receipt for your records. We may also use order information to contact a purchaser when necessary, such as when a delivery may be delayed or when we have any questions about an order. WTM Branding Irons will not share any personal information without your permission with any unaffiliated third parties, unless required by law.
