Charges
Shipping cost calculations are based on the total weight and package dimensions of all items packed. You will see the exact shipping charges during the checkout process, before your purchase is finalized. In addition to shipping costs, we charge a simple flat fee of $10.50 for handling, per order.

Policies
We do not stock any products. All our branding irons are made on demand. Orders are put into our production schedule in the order they are received. Please allow 3-4 weeks production time, and an additional 5-10 days for shipping.

If you order a branding iron intended as a gift and need the gift sooner than we can make the iron, we will mail to you in advance, a certificate with a proof drawing of the brand purchased. You must request this certificate by emailing us at certificate@wtmstore.com after you place your order. Please provide the invoice number for accuracy and note which address, billing or shipping, the card is to be mailed. Your card will be mailed the same day the purchase/request is made.
